MADE BY AN INDEPENDENT DEVELOPER

One student. Age 11. One app.

CoreDev Studio was created by a single 11-year-old student. It started with the idea of building a code editor from scratch — without a team or a big budget. Development is ongoing, and version 1.0 may contain bugs.

1
INDEPENDENT · SOLO DEVELOPER

One big idea. One developer.

The priorities are usability, a clear interface, practical tools and honest descriptions of features.

ONE DEVELOPER · AGE 11 · INDEPENDENT IDE

Age 11. One idea. A code editor.

CoreDev Studio is a project created by a single 11-year-old student who wanted to build a development environment from scratch. There have been bugs, challenging problems, and many iterations. This is the first public release — not a claim of perfect stability.

COREDEV / JOURNEY

How it began

01

The idea

It started with wanting to build a code editor, not just use someone else’s.

02

Early versions

The editor, interface, file tools and the first experiments with IDE features came together.

03

CoreDev Studio 1.0

The project gained its own website and two Windows editions: an installer and a standalone EXE.

04

What comes next

Bug fixes and improvements to usability, language tooling and extensions are planned.

VERSION 1.0 / TRANSPARENCY

An honest note about 1.0

This project is built by one school student. Bugs, incomplete features and unexpected behavior on different computers are possible. This is not a promise of perfection: issues will be investigated and updates released when ready. There is no announced timetable for future features.

✓A real idea and actual releases
✓Continued improvement without fake promises

COREDEV / MOTTO

Ideas that drive the project

Project mottos · not verbatim statements by the developer

“You do not need a perfect moment to begin. An idea is enough to start.”

On starting

“Every bug is another reason to make the next version better.”

On updates

“A big project does not require a big team to take its first step.”

On ideas

Development does not end at 1.0

The plan is to fix bugs, refine the interface, improve language support, and expand plugins. Updates will arrive as they are ready, without fixed-date promises.
